One of the requirements we need is to feel happy 😊. Did you also know that we celebrate Happiness in this entire month of August? The story goes that Happy People celebrated happiness on August 8 in 1999. But then, the happy feeling 😊 lingered a little longer, so in 2000 it was expanded the celebration to the entire month.

Let’s celebrate, share and spread happiness to as much people as we can β£β˜ΊοΈπŸ’“πŸ€—πŸ’—πŸ₯°πŸ’•. Happiness in unlimited, it feels good, it’s free and contagious! We need this feeling also for our health.

Scientific evidence suggests that being happy may have many health benefits, and it promotes a healthier lifestyle.

  • Combats stress.
  • May reduce pain.
  • May protect the heart.
  • Reduces blood pressure.
  • May support longevity.
